Getting Started
To get started with This LoveWorks, complete this form. Once we receive your information, we’ll reach out to gather any additional details and schedule your first call with your therapist.
Therapy is ongoing support over time. A couples intensive is a concentrated experience designed to help you make meaningful progress in a short window. Many couples choose intensives when they want momentum quickly, then continue with therapy for integration.
Yes. Some clients come in as individuals to work on relationship patterns, nervous system regulation, attachment wounds, communication, or life transitions. If you are unsure what is best, contact us and we will help you decide.
It depends on the pattern you are working on, how long it has been present, and how consistently you practice new tools. Many couples feel a shift once conflict slows down and repair becomes possible again. Sustainable change usually comes from both insight and consistent action.
Yes, we do. Insurance coverage can vary by plan, so please contact us to confirm whether your specific plan is included and what your benefits look like.
That is common. We keep the work structured and practical, and we focus on what actually changes the day-to-day experience of the relationship. Often, the most reluctant partner becomes more engaged once sessions feel focused and productive.
Insurance and Payment
Yes, we do. Insurance coverage can vary by plan, so please contact us to confirm whether your specific plan is included and what your benefits look like.
If your plan is out of network, you may still have benefits. Contact us and we will help you understand your options and what documentation may be available.
Most clients use a credit or debit card on file. If you have a special payment need, contact us and we will talk through options.

Yes. Telehealth is available for clients located in Washington State.
Our ability to work with clients outside Washington depends on licensing rules and your location. Contact us with your state and we will let you know what is possible.
Therapy Sessions and Fit
The first session is about clarity. We want to understand what is happening, what you have tried, and what you want instead. From there we will recommend an approach and a plan that matches your goals.
This LoveWorks supports clients across a wide range of belief systems. Some of our offerings are explicitly spiritually oriented, while therapy itself is grounded in ethical, professional practice. If spirituality is important to you, tell us, and we will make sure you feel supported in a way that fits.
Yes. Many clients are carrying chronic stress, nervous system dysregulation, and emotional exhaustion. We work in a way that respects the nervous system and helps you build stability and repair, not just insight.
Most clients start with a consistent weekly cadence to build momentum. Frequency can shift as you stabilize and as goals change.
Couples Therapy Questions
Yes. High conflict is often a sign that the relationship has no reliable way to slow down, repair, and feel safe again. Couples therapy helps you identify the cycle, learn regulation tools, and rebuild trust over time.
Yes. Shutdown is usually a protective response, not a character flaw. Therapy can help you understand what triggers it and build safer ways to stay connected, even under stress.
Yes. Rebuilding trust requires clarity, accountability, boundaries, and a consistent repair process. Therapy can help you move from repeated re-injury into a structured path forward.
Yes. Intimacy is often affected by stress, conflict, resentment, and disconnection. We work on emotional safety and repair first, then support reconnection in a way that feels respectful and realistic.
Privacy, Communication, and Safety
Yes, with the standard legal and ethical limits to confidentiality. If you have questions about how confidentiality works, ask us and we will explain it clearly.
No. Keep contact messages brief and avoid sensitive clinical details. We will gather what we need through secure processes.
