Leadership coaching services offered by This LoveWorks are non-clinical and non-therapeutic in nature.
Leadership coaching is designed to support professional development, decision-making, communication, stress management, and leadership effectiveness. Coaching may address performance, role challenges, leadership presence, and work-life integration, but it does not constitute psychotherapy, counseling, mental health treatment, or medical care.
Leadership coaching at This LoveWorks is non-clinical and focused on professional development, performance, and leadership effectiveness. Coaching does not replace therapy or mental health treatment and does not establish a therapist–client relationship unless separately agreed upon in writing.
Dual-Role Clarification: Coaching vs. Therapy
This LoveWorks offers both leadership coaching and clinical mental health services. These services are distinct and are not provided simultaneously within the same professional relationship.
